Graphics: This game has that Kirby touch to it like always. And of course, this is a re-make of the NES version, just a bit polished up. Colorful animation with beautiful painted backrounds really work together. ~10~
Gameplay: Just like Kirby, keeps the basic easy and has lots of detail. Each ability has its own power and how it can effect the level. Cleverly hidden secret can be very tricky, yet fun to find. Since this is a first for Kirby ~the basics of the NES~ You cant really put what you expect. ~10~
Sound: Very cartoony, fits the backround and what is going on in the game. ~8.5~
Lasting Appeal: Well, I would know this because I beat this game 150% in under a day. There is plenty to do here. You can get 100%, unlock extra mode and boss endurance. Beat extra mode 100% and you get meta nightmare, you can also beat that without any saves and thats pretty much it. Its work it to play as Meta Knight. ~9.5~
Overall: Kirby is made for portable systems. Since this is a remake of his first adventure, its a classic, and one of the better classics if I may add. Great gameplay wit hfun music and nice backrounds really add to this great remake. I give Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland a 9.5 out of 10!
